Shipping & Returns

Our policy is to carry a full inventory where possible, we try to despatch on a next-day basis, however please allow up to maximum of 4 days for despatch so not to disappoint as I am not always available to pack immediately!   All Saturday & Sunday orders will usually ship on the Monday.

We do our best to update our site daily to reflect what is in stock. If however for any reason an item you ordered is out of stock we will notify you immediately if this was not reflected on the shopping cart.

Delivery Conditions

Please note we do not ship to P.O.Boxes unless we have a verified physical address

      • We do not ship to third party addresses unless that address is known and can be verified by us. Due to the nature of the products some items will not be shipped outside of Australia!
      • We do not offer pickup facilities or customer organised couriers!
      • Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. We will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for delay or lost shipment.
      • Customers may or may not need to sign for and accept the delivery. However, cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers when a signature is required and the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.
      • If item/s received is not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item/s as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
      • All orders will be shipped and processed according to the availability of the item ordered.

Delivery Method


We will use the most cost effective means of delivery to our customers and use Australia Post service Australia Wide. Where not possible or deemed too costly we use a courier;  at that stage we charge an initial amount which may be updated unpon obtaining final cost from the courier company.  This will then be advised to the customer and depending upon your acceptance or refusal the order will be shipped or cancelled.
The standard delivery time frame is 2-3 working days. However, depending on customer delivery address, the delivery time may vary.

A itemised Invoice inclusive of tax where applicable will be included with your order.

Delivery Cost


Delivery Cost quoted at the time of order includes postage, packaging and handling. Our postage calculation is done through the shopping sofware  and is based upon the AusPost freight rates as published from time to time on their website. We have entered both weight and dimentions of the items agains individual products and have made allowances for packaging materials.   The checkout can be used to work out your postage quote, simply add or subtract your item(s) to the trolley and check the freight before submitting your order.   Remember postage is calculated on either weight or volume (the larger one is used in the calculation) and final destination.

You can check your freight cost estimation by using the Australian post website link. Here you can calculate cost by inserting your post code and using the postal code 2076 in the from location. Please allow ±200-300g for packing material weight dependant upon parcel size.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. There will be no refund on shipping costs if delivery attempt(s) fail.

If you are paying via EFT / Direct Deposit our account details will be confirmed on your order and notification summary so that you can go straight into your banking and pay.  If you wish to expedite your order shipment, please copy and paste the receipt onto an email to us so that it can be verified and shiped straight away. 

If paying by PayPal, please note that this is NOT always immediate.  It can take up to TWO WORKING DAYS for the funds to be received by us.

Please note that there is an additional $10.00 Charge for each Express Post Satchel packed due to the extra time involved in packing satchels safely ,and expediting your order ahead in the queue.   If you are choosing to use Express Post, whilst we take all care, we cannot insure these satchels against loss or damage and therefore by requesting Express Post you are confirming that any resulting damage or loss is not recoverable from us.  Please note that the same post restriction apply to Express Post as with Standard Mail and thus some items are not able to be shipped Express Post; these will be deleted and you will be advised regarding this. Note a 5kg quantity does not fit in a 5kg satchel

Returns and Exchanges

You or the recipient of an order may return an item that has been purchased from us because you have received the incorrect product. Before returning please notify us via email and wait for a return confirmation before sending

If you return goods via an Australia Post Office, please keep the appropriate proof of return. Otherwise, if the returned item goes missing in transit to us, we will deem you not to have returned the item.

It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit. We will not issue an exchange unless the product/s are in a saleable condition upon return.

All returned products must be unused, unopened and in original condition, undamaged, returned within 7 days of receipt of return acceptance notice.

In the event of a return by you or the recipient at no fault of us , we will exchange or issue a credit note for the value of the goods. You will incur the delivery costs of the return to us and re-delivery to you. We will not credit initial delivery and any other associated fees.
